Emma is the Coordinator at Bright Red Triangle, Edinburgh Napier University, where she supports the coordination of activities across the studio space, digital platforms, and international programmes. She is often a first point of contact in the co-working studio, helping to create a welcoming environment and supporting the onboarding of new members into the community.

With a background in executive administration within a Research, Innovation and Enterprise environment, she brings organisation and structure to busy, collaborative teams. Her role spans communications, financial and administrative support, studio and space management, event coordination, and marketing activity, helping ensure everything runs effectively behind the scenes.
Alongside her role, Emma is a science communicator exploring innovation in future food systems, with a particular focus on the intersection of food, animal welfare and consumer behaviour. She is currently developing her own platform in this space and, having experienced the early-stage founder journey herself, is particularly motivated by supporting others as they explore and develop their ideas within supportive communities.
