Yes. Applicants must have an established and registered business, such as:

• Sole trader (registered for self-assessment)
  
• Limited company
  
• Partnership
  
• CIC or other incorporated entity
  

You must also be able to show evidence of trading activity.

No, this fund is not the right fund for early-stage ideas.

You must already be:

• actively trading
• generating revenue or sales
• OR demonstrating clear business activity (e.g. investment secured, MVP developed, employees on payroll)
