4 sessions, May, June and Sept/Oct 2024
The Leadership course is designed to assist women to grow their leadership skills, progress their careers and play their part in the University achieving sustainable growth.
The training will help participants increase their confidence in leadership by enabling them to strategically analyse their role against the University vision. Support will be provided to develop, implement and evaluate strategies to achieve University goals using models and tools.
