ADHD & Enterprise:
Working with ADHD experts Procrastination Station CIC we bring you a three-part training programme combining ADHD education alongside business start-up support.
Have ADHD? Want to build something that matters — a business, a creative project, or a community idea — but struggle with focus, follow-through, or overwhelm? This course is built for ADHDers, by people who get it. Learn through movement, creativity, community and purpose — the way ADHD brains work best.
ADHD & Enterprise: Thriving as Neurodivergent Creators and Changemakers is a unique in-person course designed for people with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) who want to explore personal growth and entrepreneurship in a way that works with their brains. Taking place over three energising sessions from May to July 2025, this programme combines ADHD education from Procrastination Station, peer support, and enterprise training with movement-based activities from Axe Boom Boom — all designed to boost focus, creativity, and motivation.
Each session blends hands-on learning with practical tools for idea development, business planning, and self-management strategies tailored for ADHD. You’ll explore design thinking, build confidence in your ideas, and learn how to launch projects that reflect your passions and values.
Between sessions, you’ll have access to weekly virtual body doubling, 1:1 business support calls, coworking space at Bright Red Triangle, and optional walks through Procrastination Station's wider programmes and peer check-ins through a WhatsApp group — creating a consistent, low-pressure support system.
If you’ve ever felt like traditional business or education spaces didn’t fit how your mind works, this is for you. Come as you are, build something that matters, and find community with others who get it.
