AMPLIFY: Empowering women and gender minority creatives to lead, connect, and grow through confidence, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.

AMPLIFY is a supportive development programme for women and gender minority staff in the School of Arts and Creative Industries. It fosters confidence, leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking through peer connection, creative reflection, and practical guidance. From building side hustles to freelancing and future planning, AMPLIFY helps participants own their skills, expand their networks, and shape empowered career paths.

Our programmes for women are inclusive of Trans and Intersex women, as well as non-binary and gender diverse people who are comfortable in a space that centres the experiences of women.

This is a closed cohort for staff (research, academic and professional services) from the School of Arts and Creative Industries at Edinburgh Napier University. Some session may be open to colleagues from other colleges and universities. We hope this is something we may be able to expand to other schools and with other partners.
